It’s officially spring! While the weather would seem to disagree that the seasons have changed in some of our office locations, we’re heading into the new season by getting focused on wellness.
To kick off the ms Wellness Program, ms employees and spouses are participating in the “Spring into Action” Fitbit challenge. Armed with Fitbits, participants are stepping up to the challenge (pun intended) from April 2 – April 29.
A NEW ADDITION FOR THE 2018 WELLNESS PROGRAM
New to the 2018 wellness program is this four-week Fitbit challenge. “Spring into Action” challenges ms wellness program participants to get active with a 36 million companywide step goal. Participants are encouraged by prizes and motivated by accountability from teammates across all office locations.
An added bonus? The charitable donation on the line! If wellness participants collectively meet the 36 million steps by the end of the four-week challenge, a $5,000 donation will be made to a local charity. ms firmly believes in complete wellness for our employees, their families, and our local communities.
THE MS WELLNESS PROGRAM
One of the biggest benefits of the ms Wellness Program is its continued evolution. Each year, the program is evaluated based on participant feedback, participation, and areas for improvement.
