INDOOR PRACTICE FACILITIES

Our experience includes developing and designing indoor practice facilities. As colleges and universities are looking for new ways to differentiate themselves from the competition and recruit top athletes, schools are adding indoor practice facilities, providing year-round resources. These state-of-the-art facilities meet a variety of recreational and community needs for the entire student body and can accommodate a variety of sports, including football, basketball, soccer, lacrosse, track, and more.

  • Complete package of services, offering one point of contact and responsibility.
  • Fundraising assistance.
  • Design/Build and Lease-Back to your college or university on campus or adjacent accessible property.
  • Multiple delivery methods, including Design/Build or Design/Bid/Build.
  • Presentation of the facility and its process to local community leaders and governmental municipalities, educating the community and promoting the facility.
