Chuck in 100 Words or Less

I am the PA Transportation Practice Leader and have been at ms for 20 years.

I knew early in life I wanted to design highways. My father was a designer for PennDOT and would always proudly show us his projects. I am blessed to be able to serve in such a noble profession and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing our projects come to fruition.

My path to this position was less than traditional as I worked full time for a contractor while I went to school. I also interned with PennDOT, then did some construction inspection before landing my first design position. My construction experience has proven to be of great value for my career.

I am very blessed to have two wonderful teenage daughters that command most of my free time. I also have a dog and two cats which keeps things interesting. I like to ride my motorcycles for stress relief and listen to my radio a little too loud.
