ms Cleveland ended the summer by hosting the ULI (Urban Land Institute) Cleveland 2022 Summer Social event. A great space with a great group of people!
Held on August 25, 2022, the event gave ULI members and sponsors an opportunity to mingle and network while enjoying beautiful views of the city.
About ms Cleveland
With incredible views, relaxing lounge spaces, and a rooftop deck, ms Cleveland makes an excellent space for hosting events! Not to mention, it’s also a great place to work.
ms Cleveland is located in the Limelight coworking space at Electric Gardens in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood. Electric Gardens is a mixed-use development that aims to enhance the coexistence of work and life with the Limelight coworking space, apartments, a hotel, gardens, and many more amenities.
While amenities abound at ms Cleveland, it’s also situated along the Towpath Trail, an iconic 97-mile trail that runs through the heart of the Ohio and Erie Canalway. Looking for more? You’re just a 5-minute walk from Tremont’s award-winning restaurants, art galleries, and boutique shops.
ULI is an international professional organization that spans all aspects of the built environment–planning, architecture, engineering, development, finance, etc.
Alex Long, ms Urban Planner, is passionate about ULI and is involved in several aspects of the ULI Cleveland chapter. She serves on the Young Leaders Group Committee and volunteers as a mentor for several other programs, including REDI the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI), ULI Hines Competition (a real estate development competition for graduate students), and UrbanPlan (a game that teaches people how real estate development works).
Check out the ULI website to find a chapter near you.
