Experience
Mr. Hayek has served as the principal of an architectural enterprise since 1969. He joined ms consultants, inc., in 1997 as the result of a business agreement that included him assuming a role in the firm as a director of architectural services.

Serving as project principal or director, Mr. Hayek works closely with the architectural team’s project manager and associated engineering project leaders to ensure quality assurance of design, schedule, and budget. Dedicated to building teams that are sure to succeed, Mr. Hayek selects his project teams based on their personal experience and individual talents. He reviews design at all stages of development and will frequently work directly with clients. Due to this hands-on management approach, Mr. Hayek personally assumes responsibility for client satisfaction.

Mr. Hayek’s management prowess is only superseded by his extensive experience. He has served as project director, manager, or project architect on nearly 1,000 projects throughout his career. Project types have included institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, municipal, religious, recreational, and medical. Many of these commissions have resulted in award-winning solutions, recognized by professional associations along with local organizations.
