The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will provide up-to-date information on the Bayfront Parkway Central Corridor (Route 4034) at two public meetings on September 14, 2021.
Meetings are held virtually and face-to-face, providing the general public with the opportunity to see updates on various aspects of the project, ask questions, and provide feedback on plans.
The proposed improvements along the central Bayfront Parkway, including Sassafras Street Extension, State Street, and Holland Street, focus on upgrading pedestrian and biking amenities, as well as transportation needs.
During the meeting, the general public will receive up-to-date information on the plan, a summary of recent peer reviews of the proposed roundabout and Holland Street pedestrian bridge, and the timeline and phases of the expected project.
