Gateway Development

ms consultants developed a master plan for a regional technology/research park adjacent to Interstate 77 near Williamstown, West Virginia. Williamstown is directly south across the Ohio River from Marietta, Ohio.

Access to the site would be provided via a new entrance road connecting to an existing interchange on I-77.

The development could eventually accommodate 500,000 square feet of corporate office and research space, 140,000 square feet of flexible office and research space, and a 225,000 square foot call center. 

The layout of the buildings, circulation system and parking are optimized to preserve the steep topography and natural vegetation of the site.
