GIS
A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a spatially oriented information system. It is the ideal tool for storing, analyzing, and presenting georeferenced, data-driven sources. Spatial and nonspatial data can be integrated in one computer environment, allowing for complete query and analysis.
The true strength of the GIS is its ability to collect a multitude of information from diverse sources. Once combined, the data is available for use in any relationship the project may require. In addition, GIS creates opportunities for new analyses, not previously imagined due to the lack of cohesion.
ms consultants can assist with the integration of GIS in any number of ways. ms’ system and project team can be applied to virtually any type or size of project that requires analysis and evaluation of geographic data.
