ms consultants provided full-service architectural programming and design for the Trumbull County Agriculture & Family Education Center, a 9,535-square-foot administrative office and meeting facility. The $1.2 million facility serves as a one-stop location for the agriculture industry and provides educational opportunities for the community.
The 17-acre site for the Trumbull County Agriculture & Family Education Center was donated by The Delphi Packard Company and developed by the Trumbull County Commissioners. The facility and surrounding land serves as a destination to educate residents about the natural habitat and to host programs and events highlighting agriculture, gardening, recreation, environmental, and outdoor education.

The Trumbull County Agriculture & Family Education Center is also the home of various federal, state and local agencies, including the Farm Service Agency, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, the Natural Resource Conservation Service, The Ohio State University Trumbull County Extension, and the Trumbull Soil & Water Conservation District.
Designed to communicate the building’s purpose to users, the exterior of this agriculture and family education center features traditional agricultural elements, including exposed framing, large roof overhangs, a cupola and rustic details.
