Mosure-Fok Engineering Co., founded in 1963 by Thomas F. Mosure, merged with Environmental Planning Inc., founded in 1968 by Thomas A. Syrakis. This partnership was known as Mosure and Syrakis Co. In 1978, Thomas E. Mosure founded the environmental services division, expanding the firm's services from primarily transportation, bridge design, and planning to include environmental engineering, municipal services, and complete construction management. This multidiscipline approach enabled clients to draw expertise from all engineering and planning areas, offering more design alternatives and ultimately, cost benefits.

Mosure & Associates, Inc., an affiliate company providing comprehensive architectural services, was established in 1982. In 1990, Thomas F. Mosure and Thomas A. Syrakis announced the merger of the architectural affiliate with the engineering operations to form a new, full-service engineering, architectural, and planning firm named ms consultants, inc. The merger resulted in an efficient consolidation of engineering and architectural operations.

Thomas E. Mosure, P.E., is the president of the company. Today, through an expert staff of professional engineers, architects, and planners located in 12 project offices in six states, ms consultants offers our clients the best in planning, design, and construction management. Our objective remains to better serve our clients through this streamlined approach.
