Experience
As Vice President of Finance for ms consultants, inc., Raymond J. Briya is responsible for the ongoing financial and accounting operations of this multidiscipline organization. He oversees the accounting staff and directs a wide range of accounting activities.

Many of Mr. Briya’s responsibilities relate to the management and coordination of ongoing projects. His job cost accounting system is used to evaluate both projected costs and monitor project progress to ensure client budgets are met. Mr. Briya is also responsible for establishment of practices and procedures for accounting-related government submittals. He joined ms with several years of experience in the public sector having worked with the Ohio Department of Transportation as an auditor.
