Experience
With over 30 years of engineering project management experience, Mr. Mosure is currently Principal and Vice President of Construction Services. He is in charge of personnel procurement, manpower scheduling, scope of service, agreement negotiations, bid specifications, value engineering, and quality control. Mr. Mosure’s experience within the firm is diverse with having worked as a surveyor, and design engineer within various disciplines including geotechnical, structural, roadway, bridge inspection, and environmental.

Additionally, Mr. Mosure has managed projects in a wide range of areas. His diversification includes management of several water/wastewater treatment facilities, heavy highway/structural construction and rehabilitation projects, utilities, institutional/commercial building facilities, and geotechnical/site development projects. He has mediated settlements between owners and contractors on several projects while acting as Construction Phase Project Manager.
