Another year, another wellness award! Well, two awards to be exact. To kick off 2015, ms consultants has been recognized for its wellness initiatives by two Ohio award programs.
Most recently, ms ranked as the 6th Healthiest Employers in Central Ohio (medium-sized companies) by Columbus Business First. More than 80 companies were nominated for this honor. Nominated companies submitted data and details about their wellness initiatives to Healthiest Employer LLC, who then identified companies taking the extra step to create a healthy and active environment. ms was recognized for its continually evolving wellness program, benefitting employees and their spouses.
Earlier this year, ms was also honored with a HealthyOhio Healthy Worksite Bronze Award for its wellness program. Led by the Ohio Department of Health and the Healthy Ohio Business Council, these awards are given to employers across the state of Ohio who facilitate and encourage employee health, enhance productivity, and ensure a healthy work environment.
Continuing in 2015
After a successful program in 2014, including the annual Pedometer Challenge, ms continually evolves its wellness program to meet the needs of its employees. New this year is the option of enrolling in a one-on-one wellness coaching session over the course of 8 weeks. Employees are motivated to achieve their personal wellness goals on nutrition, weight management, smoking cessation, and more.
